We believe CrossFit is for everyone. Our fitness family welcomes those from all walks of life, at any stage in their life. We provide universally scalable fitness training and coaching to meet the needs of any individual at any stage of their fitness journey. CROSSFIT LUKE

Constantly varied, functional movements performed at high intensity. This includes gymnastics, weightlifting, conditioning, and mobility. These are the core movements of life and the basis for CrossFit methodology. Whether you are a veteran CrossFit athlete or new to the game – we guarantee that we will help you realize and strive toward your fitness goals.

Crossfit Teens

Looking for a way to get active, enhance your ability in a specific sport? CrossFit Teens is a great way to get our youth involved in Strength and Conditioning. Whether you are a seasoned athlete trying to enhance your competitive edge or starting your fitness journey, this 45-minute class is great for any younger athlete looking to enhance their health, skill, and wellbeing. CrossFit Teens is a fun introduction to weightlifting, gymnastics, and conditioning. Each class includes a warmup and workout to break a sweat! Learn new skills to utilize every day!

S.A.F.E.

Safe stands for Staying Active through Functional Exercise! This class is for our members who want to get in a quick 30min workout including cardio, bodyweight movements, dumbells and kettlebells based on the athlete’s level of skill and comfortability. Get in, get after it, and move on with your day!
