Constantly varied, functional movements performed at relatively high intensity. What does that mean?! That means we use weightlifting, body weight movements, and cardio to develop your overall health and fitness. ‘Relative intensity’ means that although we all work out together, each individual is coached at their individual level and needs in order to safely progress and enhance fitness!

Functional Fitness

Foundations

Designed for the newcomer or the seasoned athlete. In 45 minutes work on building and maintaining the health of your joints, tendons, and ligaments through strength training with kettlebells and dumbbells, before moving on to a workout with cardio, bodyweight movements and more!

oin our Olympic Weightlifting club if you’re looking to develop your technique, speed, explosive power, and strength in the Olympic lifts (the Clean & Jerk and the Snatch). Whether you are a CrossFitter looking to improve technique in general, or you want to compete in the sport, come join us!

I pursued my coaching journey back in 2019 with the goal of helping others achieve the healthy lifestyle that I discovered through CrossFit. My passion is helping others achieve permanent lifestyle change through fitness + nutrition coaching so they can be better inside & outside of the gym.

I walked in the door of my first CrossFit gym in 2009 and have been grateful for finding my fitness family ever since. My coaching emphasizes building a life of strength and vitality for all, but especially for men and women in their 40s and beyond. I compete in Masters Olympic Weightlifting at the national and international level (2024 World Champion). In my free time, I enjoy hiking, traveling, and exploring new coffee shops and bakeries in the Berkshires with my wife Bethany.
