What We Offer
Foundations Class
Looking to join us but not sure how to start?! We offer ongoing foundations classes to equip you with all you will need to eventually join in on our classes! Contact us to set up your first appointment!
Constantly varied, functional movements performed at relatively high intensity. What does that mean?! That means we use weightlifting, body weight movements, and cardio to develop your overall health and fitness. ‘Relative intensity’ means that although we all work out together, each individual is coached at their individual level and needs in order to safely progress and enhance fitness!
Crossfit
Designed for the newcomer or the seasoned athlete. In 45 minutes work on building and maintaining the health of your joints, tendons, and ligaments through strength training with kettlebells and dumbbells, before moving on to a workout with cardio, bodyweight movements and more!
SWEAT
Staying Active through Functional Exercise! A class based on any member’s level of skill, experience and comfortability. Develop your cardio, bodyweight movements, and strength with the use of dumbbells and kettlebells, all in just 30 minutes!

OUR COACHES
As a coach with 13 years of experience, my goal is to push people to reach levels they didn't know they could achieve. I want to help them discover their inner athlete and stay feeling young and healthy for as long as possible. Outside of CrossFit, I enjoy food and cooking, spending time with family and friends, carpentry, guns, motorcycles, and coffee.

I focus on overall functional health and wellness, drawing on over 20 years in medicine. As a part-time PCP, I specialize in hormonal health, including testosterone replacement therapy for men, hormone and thyroid optimization, nutritional counseling, and medical marijuana certification. My main goal is to help people find balance in their inner and outer health and beauty.

At LumberJack Athletics, fitness is for everyone. We are a supportive community that welcomes individuals from all walks of life, all ages, and all body types. We are a community of friends that cheer each other on, sweat together, and have fun getting stronger!
What an incredible journey it has been! In 2009, I took my first steps towards improving my fitness. Before I knew it, I was a marathoner and triathlete. In 2012, I was introduced to Crossfit and it quickly became a major part of my life. But as I continued to grow and challenge myself, I realized my true passion lies in strength training. That's when I discovered Strongman. It didn't take long for me to become a competitive master's athlete, winning both National and World level titles. With 20 years in the pharmaceutical industry and have loved my interactions with Health Care Professionals.

I am one of the Sweat coaches at Lumberjack Athletics. I have always been passionate about fitness and have been a crossfit athlete since 2013. As a coach, I will encourage you to challenge yourself and guide you to build skills in a fun, laid back, and supportive class environment. Sweat is a great introduction to group fitness for ANY fitness level and the perfect fit way to transition into crossfit.

I first discovered this amazing fitness regimen in 2012 and I have been hooked ever since. The variety of exercises, the opportunity to learn and grow new skills, and the competitive drive it provides have all made me fall in love with CrossFit. What's even more unique is that I didn't have a background in school sports, but CrossFit has helped me break through my own boundaries. I vividly remember not being able to do a single pushup before starting CrossFit.
