  • Welcome to Lumberjack Athletics, Fitness, and Wellness Gym. By accessing or using our services, facilities, or website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

  • 2.1 Eligibility

    • Membership is open to individuals aged 18 and over. Minors (aged 16-17) may join with parental consent.

    • Members must complete a membership application form and provide accurate, up-to-date information.

    2.2 Membership Types

    • Monthly Membership: Recurring monthly payment.

    • Annual Membership: One-time payment for 12 months.

    • Day Pass: Access for a single day.

    2.3 Payment

    • Membership fees are due in advance. Monthly payments will be charged on the first day of each month.

    • Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, or direct debit.

    • Late payments may result in suspension or termination of membership.

  • 3.1 General Rules

    • Members must present their membership card upon entry.

    • Proper attire and footwear are required at all times.

    • Members must follow the gym's rules and respect staff instructions.

    3.2 Equipment Use

    • Equipment must be used in accordance with instructions.

    • Members must wipe down equipment after use and return it to its proper place.

    • Report any damaged or malfunctioning equipment to staff immediately.

    3.3 Class and Facility Booking

    • Classes and facilities may require advance booking.

    • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges.

  • 4.1 Health Requirements

    • Members should consult a physician before beginning any fitness program.

    • Members with medical conditions must inform staff and provide any necessary documentation.

    4.2 Personal Belongings

    • Lumberjack Athletics is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Use lockers provided.

    • Members should not bring valuables into the gym.

    4.3 Conduct

    • Members must behave respectfully and responsibly.

    • Harassment, abuse, or disruptive behavior will result in termination of membership without refund.

  • 5.1 Member Cancellation

    • Monthly memberships can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice.

    • Annual memberships are non-refundable after 14 days of joining.

    • Day passes are non-refundable.

    5.2 Gym Termination

    • Lumberjack Athletics reserves the right to terminate memberships for violation of these terms or other misconduct.

    • Refunds for terminated memberships are at the discretion of management.

    • Members use the gym facilities at their own risk.

    • Lumberjack Athletics is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred while on the premises.

    • Members must sign a waiver releasing the gym from liability.

    • Lumberjack Athletics respects member privacy and is committed to protecting personal information.

    • Personal data will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

    • Lumberjack Athletics reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.

    • Members will be notified of significant changes.
