Lumberjack Athletics strives to provide exceptional service and support to our members. However, we understand that circumstances may arise that necessitate a refund. The following policy outlines the conditions under which refunds will be granted.

Terms & Conditions - the basics

Lumberjack Athletics offers refunds for monthly memberships canceled within 7 days and annual memberships within 14 days. Day passes and partially used packages are non-refundable. Classes and personal training sessions must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance for a refund. Merchandise can be returned within 14 days if unused. Special circumstances like illness or relocation may be considered for prorated refunds. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.   • Membership Refunds

    2.1 Monthly Memberships

    • Cancellation Within First 7 Days: New members may cancel their monthly membership within the first 7 days of activation for a full refund.
    • Cancellation After 7 Days: Monthly memberships can be canceled at any time with 30 days' notice. No refunds will be issued for partial months.

    2.2 Annual Memberships

    • Cancellation Within First 14 Days: Members may cancel their annual membership within the first 14 days for a full refund.
    • Cancellation After 14 Days: Annual memberships are non-refundable after the initial 14-day period.
  • Day Pass

    Non-Refundable: Day passes are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another date or person.

  • Class & Facility Bookings

    4.1 Single Class Bookings

    • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will not be refunded.

    4.2 Package Class Bookings

    • Unused Classes: Refunds for unused classes in a package are only available within the first 30 days of purchase.
  • Personal Training Sessions

    5.1 Single Session Bookings

    • Cancellation Policy: Personal training sessions must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will not be refunded.

    5.2 Package Sessions

    • Unused Sessions: Refunds for unused personal training sessions in a package are only available within the first 30 days of purchase.
    • Partially Used Packages: Partially used personal training packages are non-refundable.
  • Merchandise Refunds
    • Return Policy: Merchandise may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided the item is in new, unused condition and with original packaging.
    • Non-Refundable Items: Sale items and opened products are non-refundable.
  • Special Circumstances
    • Requesting a Refund: To request a refund, members must contact our customer service team via email or in person at the front desk.
    • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of approval.
    • Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase.
  • Changes to Refund Policy
    • Lumberjack Athletics reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes.
