At LumberJack Athletics, fitness is for everyone. We are a supportive community that welcomes individuals from all walks of life, all ages, and all body types. We are a community of friends that cheer each other on, sweat together, and have fun getting stronger!

What if I have limitations?You’re not alone! Our community ranges in age, ability, goals, and experience and we have seen all benefit from our program! Our coaches are trained to work with you to make smart modifications so that you can participate safely in a way that makes sense for you.

Am I in shape enough to start CrossFit?Yes! If you can walk in our door you are in shape enough to start. It doesn’t matter where you start from, it just matters that you move forward!Each of our classes are designed to meet the needs of all levels of fitness - contact us to set up your foundations class to get started.

What will I get out of CrossFit?What won’t you get?! Lifelong friends, personal empowerment, you’ll become your own superhero, a support system, defy societal norms of aging, build confidence, set a positive example for those around you, enhance your whole being.

I’ve heard people get hurt doing CrossFit.Our priority is your safety and wellbeing. We believe the gym should enhance your lifestyle, not hinder it! Most sports-related injuries come from doing too much too soon, with poor technique. Our coaches are there to keep you on track - directing our members to proper form and appropriate movement modifications based on need.
